Governor Patrick Morrisey is offering his continued support for West Virginia’s HOPE Scholarship program. Since its start in 2023, the program has provided financial assistance to families to meet their child’s unique learning needs through public, private, or homeschool options. Morrisey says the state’s future relies on continued support for programs like the HOPE Scholarship…

“It actually keeps kids here and draws more people to West Virginia. When you combine that with what we’re trying to do in terms of cutting income taxes and to slice red tape, and to invest in infrastructure, that’s a powerful combination of ingredients that will allow West Virginia to thrive into the future.”
