Mount Savage Instructor County Teacher of the Year

Elaine Davis, an 8th grade science teacher at Mount Savage School, has been named the Allegany County Teacher of the Year.  Davis has been a county teacher since 2018, beginning her career at Westmar before transferring to Mt. Savage in 2021.  Ms. Davis will now represent the county in the Maryland Teacher of the Year competition.
