Neil Parrott To Join Hagerstown Commission

The name of Neil Parrott may once again be in the political arena, this time as a Washington County Commissioner. Parrot’s name has been recommended by the county’s Republican Central Committee to fulfill the term of Derek Harvey who resigned his position in March. The appointment recommendation has been sent to the state Senate Executive Nominations Committee. Parrott has previously been a state delegate and has run twice, unsuccessfully, for District 6 Congress.
