New Appointments At ACPS

Allegany County Public Schools recently welcomed two new employees to the system’s leadership team. John Hampton is the new director of Information Technology. He comes to ACPS from the Maryland Department of Transportation where he was the eConstruction program manager. Kristin Kehrwald has taken the role of Public Information Officer for the school system. Kehrwald brings more than 25 years of strategic communications, media relations, and organizational leadership experience to ACPS. She was most recently communications coordinator at Allegany College of Maryland.
