New Curriculum For Maryland Drivers

An updated Maryland Rookie Driver curriculum is now available to better prepare new drivers for real-world road conditions. This is the first comprehensive update since 2017 and includes new information on work zone safety, technology in modern vehicles, and safety videos to enhance classroom instruction. The Maryland Rookie Driver’s Manual is also updated with requirements presented in more clear, accessible format.
