Oakland Man Arrested for Murder

An Oakland man has been arrested in connection with a murder in Garrett County.  Joseph Neal Tolliver, 22, has been charged with first degree murder in the death of 62 year old Donna May Resor of Kempton Road.  Resor died due to a gunshot wound.  Tolliver is being held at the Garrett County Detention Center, awaiting a bond hearing.  The incident occurred in the early morning hours Monday.
