Oldtown Road CDS Trespassing Arrest

On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 1500 block of E. Oldtown Rd. in an attempt to serve an arrest warrant.  Police were unable to locate the wanted subject; however, they contacted Kaitlyn Alexander and discovered that she was barred from the property.  Alexander was confronted at which time she began to flee from officers. Officers were able to catch her and place her under arrest. Alexander was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.  She was later issued criminal citations and released pending trial.
