Open Container Violation on Greene Street

On Monday, March 9, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers were conducting routine foot patrols in the area of Greene Street when they observed several individuals violating the City’s open container laws. Contact was made with Nicky Lynn, Robert Miller, and Frank Getson, who were advised of the violation. All three were issued a violation and released pending their trials at the Allegany District Court.
