Pittsburgh Prepares for NFL Draft

Jim Zamagias

Jim Zamagias has been with WCBC Radio since 1981. He has been a valuable member of the sports and news teams, even while completing his 45 year career as a teacher at Bishop Walsh. Now retired from teaching, Jim is the evening news voice for WCBC and occasionally hosts the Dave Norman Morning Show. His love of radio dates back to listening to Bob Prince and the Pittsburgh Pirates growing up.

The City of Pittsburgh continues its major preparations for the NFL draft in April.  The event will dominate downtown and the North Side from April 23-25.  Events are planned for Acrisure Stadium and Point State Park.  The Roberto Clemente Bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic and will provide pedestrian access to events.
