Possession CDS Arrest

On January 10th, 2026 at approximately 4:00 p.m., an officer from the Cumberland Police Department observed a male trespassing on posted property. The officer contacted the male and identified him as Jonathan Michael Hartman. The officer informed Hartman he was under arrest and placed him in hand restraints. A search, incident to arrest, was conducted and yielded a quantity of CDS and CDS paraphernalia. Hartman was transported to police headquarters and issued citations for the offenses. He was then released pending trial at District Court.
