Primary Election in June for Mayor

Although Cumberland Mayor Ray Morriss is running for his third term of office this year, he will face a primary election in June.  Morriss is being challenged by Darrell Lee Powell, Dana Tinnen, and William Taccino.  In the city council race, incumbent Jimmy Furstenberg is seeking re-election.  Former councilman Joe George is also running, along with Brandon Scarlett, William Valois, and Gregory Triantafillides.  Two seats are open for city council in Cumberland.
