Queen City Drive Theft Arrest

On Thursday, January 22, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to a business on Queen City Drive for a theft report. Upon arrival, Officers located the suspect, Milnar Dorset, who had reportedly consumed various food items inside the store without payment. Dorset was arrested and released on a criminal citation pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
