Railroad Bridge Trespass Citation

On Thursday, April 30, 2026 at approximately 3:40 PM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department was on patrol in the area of the canal shops when he observed Woodrow Dean walking on the railroad bridge which is posted against trespassers. Dean was arrested and issued a criminal citation. He was released pending trial.
