Railroad Trespassing Arrest

On Wednesday, January 14th, 2026, officers with the Cumberland Police Department were conducting foot patrols in the area of the scenic railroad when they observed a male subject in an area marked “No Trespassing”. Officers then made contact with the subject and identified him as Nathan Tallman. He was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters and later released on a criminal citation pending trial.
Arrest: Nathan Michael Tallman, Age 28, Cumberland, Maryland
Charge: Trespassing on Posted Property
