Route 40 Bridge Near Hagerstown to Reopen

The Conococheague Creek bridge on Route 40 connecting Hagerstown and Clear Spring is scheduled to reopen on Friday.  The bridge had been closed for over a year as rehab work was taking place.  The bridge was built in 1936.
