Rural Health Leadership Announced

The West Virginia Department of Health has announced the new executive leadership for its Rural Health Transformation Program with the appointment of Dr. Carrie Jeffries as Director and Dr. Soumya Prasad as Deputy Director. West Virginia received almost $200 million in federal funding for the program to modernize rural healthcare by expanding access better systems of care across West Virginia.
