Rural Maryland Fund Could Benefit Region

Insecurity around whether the Western Maryland Futures Fund will continue to receive state aid continues as the budget deadline nears. Bills supporting another fund have emerged that could help the region. The Rural Maryland Capacity Building Fund would help projects such as site development.
