Second Street CDS Arrest
On Thursday, January 15th, 2026, an officer with the Cumberland Police Department conducted a traffic stop on W. Second Street. The officer made contact with the driver and occupants of the vehicle. During the traffic stop, a police K-9 was deployed to conduct a free-air sniff of the vehicle’s exterior. The K-9 indicated the presence of CDS within the vehicle. A subsequent search resulted in officers locating multiple CDS-related items, including suspected crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia, in the possession of an occupant, Rebecca Lynn Warehime. She was placed under arrest, transported to police headquarters, and later released on criminal citations pending trial.
