Senator Warns Against House Bill 432

Senator Justin Ready is preparing to fight against a bill recently passed by the Maryland House dealing with vagrancy. House Bill 432 passed by a vote of 100 to 35 and would repeal local authority over vagrancy issues. The Senator says it is a radical bill which is anti-public safety.
