State Supreme Court Will Hear Election Case Thursday

The Maryland Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Thursday starting at 9 a.m. as the future of the proposed redistricting ballot question hangs in the balance.  Two state judges have disputed the constitutionality of the measure.  Time is of the essence as the Maryland Board of Elections is preparing ballots for November.
