Trespassing Arrest

On Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 11:30 AM an officer from the Cumberland Police Department observed Roger Darr trespassing on the CSX train tracks near Queen City Drive. Darr was arrested and issued a Criminal Citation for trespassing. Darr was released and is pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
