Trespassing on Railroad Property Arrest

On November 1, 2026, a Cumberland Police Department officer patrolling the area of Queen City Drive near Harrison Street observed an individual walking across railroad tracks on posted CSX railroad property. The officer made contact with the individual, Richard Leonidas Page II, who was taken into custody for trespassing on railroad property. Page was transported to Cumberland Police Headquarters and later released on a Criminal Citation pending trial.
