Four More Candidates for Local Office

Four more candidates for local office filed today in Allegany County.  Former Cumberland City Councilman Seth Bernard has filed as a Republican for Allegany County Commissioner, as has David Alan Robison of Cumberland, also Republican.   Brandon Timothy Scarlett has filed to run for Cumberland City Council.  Gary Taylor of Lonaconing has filed to run for the Allegany County Board of Education.
