Valley Street Intoxicated Female Arrest

On Monday, November 2, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to the double-digit block of Valley Street for the report of an intoxicated female trespassing. Upon their arrival, Officers located Sydni Radcliffe and evidence of CDS paraphernalia. A search was also completed on scene, which yielded a quantity of a controlled dangerous substance. Radcliffe was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters, where she would later be released on criminal citations pending her trial.

ARRESTED: Sydni Rene Radcliffe, 28, Cumberland, MD.
CHARGES: CDS Possession, CDS Paraphernalia Possession.
