Violation of Court Order Arrest

On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 600 block of N. Centre Street for a disturbance. Police arrived and observed David Mullen arguing with another male on the sidewalk. Officers determined that Mullen was in violation of a court order and placed him under arrest. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
