Virginia Avenue Traffic Stop CDS Arrest

On Monday, January 19th, 2026, an officer conducting patrol in the area of Virginia Avenue initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle. Upon making contact with the operator, David Allen Painter, the officer observed suspected CDS Paraphernalia in plain view. Painter was issued a criminal citation and released from the scene pending trial.
