Warrant Serverd

On October 8th, 2026, officers with the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Richard Leonidas Page II. The warrant resulted after Page failed to appear for a scheduled court date on October 7th, 2026 in connection with theft-related charges. Page was arrested on the warrant and appeared before a District Court Commissioner. Following a bond hearing, Page was released on his own recognizance.
