On March 7th, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Crystal Marie Pettie. The warrant was issued as a result of Pettie failing to appear for court on March 6th, 2026. Pettie was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking. She was later presented before a District Court Commissioner and released on her own recognizance.
