Willowbrook Road Trespassing Arrest

On January 10th, 2026 at approximately 12:05 p.m., the Cumberland Police Department responded to 12500 Willowbrook Road for a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival officers made contact with staff that advised that Timothy Adam Spiker had received treatment and had been discharged from the hospital, but he was refusing to leave. Officers contacted Spiker and informed him that he had to remove himself from the facility; however, Spiker continued to refuse leaving. He was subsequently placed under arrest for trespassing, as Spiker was being escorted out of the building he began to make threatening remarks to the staff. Spiker was then transported to Central Booking. He was presented before a District Court Commissioner where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
