WMSR Planning Special America250 Trains

Western Maryland Scenic Railroad has a special line up of trains planned for the America250 celebration. Director Wes Heinz tells WCBC that the railroad station will be decked out for Frostburg Flyer trains on July 4^th as well as ice cream trains leading up to Cumberland’s annual fireworks show…

“They’re going to run at 5, 6, and 7. We have American flags for all participants. We’ve got ice cream. We’re going to have red, white, and blue bomb pops. We’re going to have red, white, and blue sprinkles. You name it, if it’s red, white, or blue, we’re gonna be putting it all over the place.”
