WV Declares State Of Emergency

A State of Emergency has been declared in West Virginia by Governor Patrick Morrisey. The declaration comes on the heels of widespread flash floods, landslides, and road closures from storms Tuesday. State agencies will be allowed to coordinate resources in response and deploy personnel where needed. The governor has also asked for a federal emergency declaration from President Trump.
