Governor Patrick Morrisey has already signed several bills during the 2026 legislative session in Charleston, and with under two weeks left to go, the governor is hoping to get some other key business taken care of.  So far, the legislature has sent bills to his desk including ones to support small business growth and the Make West Virginia Healthy Act. Morrisey wants to get other business handled as well…

“We still have 13 days left to get big things done. I’m excited. There’s room to make progress on education, on so many other different areas. But let’s get that across-the-board income tax cut as well.”
