“Fifty percent of the revenue will be dedicated to directly reducing and ultimately eliminating the state income tax.  Local communities, they’re going to see massive returns.  Thirty percent stays in the host county for local government, schools and other projects.  Ten percent is distributed across every other county in our state, and the remaining ten percent goes toward water electrical infrastructure.”
