Yost Avenue Assault Arrest

On Wednesday, February 25th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department responded to Yost Avenue residence for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted the residents who advised that an assault had taken place during the incident. At that time, a victim provided officers with video of the other resident assaulting them, causing minor injuries to the victim. As a result, Autumn Naomi Stalba, 28, of Cumberland MD, was placed under arrest. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was released on her own recognizance.

ARRESTED – Autumn Naomi Stalba, 28yo.
CHARGES – Assault 2nd Degree.
