During the first meeting open to the public at City Hall since last spring, the Cumberland Mayor and City Council approved the FY 2022 budget; and officially appointed an interim city administrator. The city council has been conducting meetings virtually since last April- but agreed last week to begin to allow in-person attendance at city hall as of June 1st.
