On Saturday at approximately 6:15 PM, Cumberland City Police responded to a residence in the 900 block of Bedford Street for a violation of a protective order.
Upon arrival officers made contact with the victim, and learned the suspect was still inside the residence. Officers located Rahman Hadi Wilkins inside the residence.
Officers learned a protective order was active and Wilkins was barred from the residence. He was arrested without incident.
Wilkins was taken before a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
