Earlier this month, Cumberland resident William Peck called the Dave Norman Program with issues concerning access and notification associated with ongoing projects on the city’s west side. We followed up with Mr. Peck yesterday, who told us that he is satisfied with the response of city officials to his concerns. He pointed to ample notice of a Saturday closure of Allegany Street as an example.
