In 1987 after the Kelly locked its doors. the city of Cumberland decided to punish every homeowner with a whooping huge property tax increase. Later led to Wyckoff and Pete Elliott being ousted from Office in 1988. Hopefully the current County Commissioners don’t get any idea of a whooping property tax hike. The Town of Luke may fold up after 2020 when Verso pays its Property tax bill for 2019-2020 year.
