On Monday, August 13th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Kevin Francis Hupe. The warrant was issued by District Court he failed for appear for trial on July 18th, 2018 for assault and burglary charges. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance.

Violation of Probation
On Monday, August 13th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a violation of probation warrant on Savanna Jean Parsons. The warrant was issued by District Court for violating the conditions of her probation ordered by the court back on May 3rd, 2018. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $2,500 bond.
