FSU’s CES Concert Series Presents an Evening With Jo Dee Messina

Celebrate an intimate and uplifting evening with one of country music’s most exuberant stars when the Cultural Events Series at Frostburg State University presents Jo Dee Messina on Saturday, Oct. 19, at 7:30 p.m. in the Alice R. Manicur Assembly Hall of FSU’s Lane University Center.

Messina, an award-winning, multi-platinum recording artist, is one of the music industry’s most loved and enduring hit-makers. Since the breakout success of her song “Heads Carolina, Tails California,” she has accumulated two Grammy Award nominations, nine no. 1 hits and 16 top 40 songs. Messina, who has sold more than five million albums worldwide, has been honored by the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music and is the first woman in country music history to have three consecutive chart-topping songs from the same album.
