The annual Downtown Halloween Spooktacular celebration takes place today 11 AM until 1 PM in Downtown Cumberland and is filled with fun activities: trick-or-treating, music and even a magic show. The fun continues at Canal Place from 1 PM until 3 PM. Dress the kids in their Halloween costumes and come downtown to join the fun! Don't miss the flash mob by YMCA's Fusion dancing to 'Monster Mash' at 12:45 PM at Town Center. And later for the adults it’s the Downtown Cumberland’s Ghouley Pub Crawl. Ghouley (rhymes with Hooley) is a Halloween Pub Crawl and it's scheduled for Saturday, October 31st at 8 PM in Downtown Cumberland. Get your Halloween costume ready and prowl Downtown Cumberland's favorite haunts with your friends.
