MD Lt. Governor gives elections board vote of no confidence

Maryland Lieutenant Governor Boyd Rutherford doesn’t have a lot of confidence in the state’s board of elections, or it’s director, Linda Lamone.

In an interview with WBAL Radio, Rutherford says the state has gotten word that absentee ballots should go out on time, but he’s skeptical of the operation…
