The Petersburg Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), and Franklin CBOC will host open houses on Tuesday, May 10. The Petersburg CBOC open house is from 10 a.m. to noon, and the Franklin open house is from 1 to 3 p.m. These events are a great opportunities for members of the community to visit the clinics and learn more about the services we provide to Veterans. The open house will also be an opportunity for Veterans to get connected and enroll in VA health care. Tours and light refreshments will be available during each open house.
These facilities provide local Veterans with comprehensive health care services, including expanded telehealth specialties. Additionally, each Veteran now has a dedicated care team including: provider, registered nurse, licensed practical nurse and medical assistant which enhances the level of care for our West Virginia Veterans.
The Petersburg CBOC is located at 15 Grant St., Petersburg, West Virginia 26847. The Franklin CBOC is located at 91 Pine Street, Franklin, West Virginia 26807.
