On Wednesday, February 11, 2019 at 0236 hours, Washington County dispatch received a call and contacted Maryland State Police Hagerstown Barrack of an armed robbery at High’s Gas Station. The High’s Gas Station employee stated a younger white male with a dark face mask, black gloves, dark jacket, dark pants, carrying a rifle entered the store demanding cash. The employee said she opened the register and gave the unknown white male currency from the cash register. The employee stated the unknown while male exited the store, and began shooting at the employee’s from the parking lot. The employee stated the rifle was a pellet gun and no one was struck with any pellets.
