The developer of the project has confirmed to WCBC News that a Starbucks will be locating at the site of the former Slumberland Motel in LaVale adjacent to the new Taco Bell. Ed Scott, with the Frederick based developer that is involved with the Rolling Mill project in Cumberland, confirmed the news Friday. He said he is looking at a fall 2021 opening.
