Maryland State Police Cumberland Barrack is currently investigating a property damage motor vehicle collision involving an overturned tractor and trailer on eastbound I-68 in the area of the 41-mile marker (Haystack Mountain), Cumberland, Allegany County, MD. Law Enforcement, EMS, and tow recovery units are on scene. Expect major delays and the use of alternate routes is recommended.
