On October 16th, 2019, the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Teri Ann Bray, and Jason Matthew Snelson, for a theft that occurred over the span of three months. During the time of the alleged theft both Bray and Snelson used a company credit card for personal use on several occasions. Bray and Snelson both signed and received copies of his charging documents and was released pending trial.
