On Thursday, November 6, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Draesan Everett Hetz. The warrant was issued as a result of a private citizen filing for charges against Hetz at the Allegany County District Court Commissioner's Office.  He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner for his initial appearance, and posted a $1,500 bond.

Arrest: Draesan Everett Hetz, Age 24, Cumberland, Maryland
Charge: Arrest Warrant- Assault Second Degree

VIOLATION OF PROBATION ARREST
On Thursday, November 6, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Jeremy May. May was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on October 27th,2025. The warrant alleged that May violated the terms and conditions of probation that had been placed upon him due to a previous conviction of disorderly conduct. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing, where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $500 bond.

Charge: Bench Warrant-Violation of Probation

VIOLATION OF PROBATION ARREST
On Thursday, November 6, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Rachael Dolly. Dolly was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on October 31st,2025. The warrant alleged that Dolly violated the terms and conditions of probation that had been placed upon her due to a previous conviction of theft $100 to under $1,500. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing, where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center.  She is currently being held without bond.
