Library System Plans Weekend Events

The Allegany County Library System has a busy weekend planned at several locations.  On Friday, a “Meal in a Mug” is planned at the Frostburg Museum in conjunction with the Summer Lunchbox Program.  The event begins at 10 a.m.  Also on Friday, the Westernport Library is hosting Books and Brews at 2 p.m.  Coffee and tea will be provided.  On Saturday, the Lavale Library will host a Maryland 250 Event at 10:30 a.m.  The program is entitled “Red, White and Remembered:  Intergenerational 4^th of July Story Sharing.”
