On Friday, September 12, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Hawke Coffman.  One warrant was issued as the result of Coffman failing to appear in court on an original charge of Malicious Destruction of Property less than $1,000.  The other warrant was issued as the result of Coffman violating probation on an original charge of Escape-2nd Degree. Coffman was arrested and seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing.  At the conclusion, Coffman was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
